From functioning back to feeling

Christina

I was not always as connected to myself as you may experience me today. For a long time I only functioned. Wow, did I function.

My path

I don't know the way back from books, but from my own life.

Running companies, carrying responsibility, having a lot under control at once. Athletic, reliable, the best via ferratas. From the outside, everything ran.

On the inside only my head was running. I could no longer switch off, not even in the middle of the night. My breathing grew tight, and at the doctor's one sentence said it all: I can't breathe.

And the thing people don't talk about so easily: I lost my desire. I have always been a sensual person, and suddenly that was gone.

I stood next to myself. I watched myself and was no longer in myself. Maybe you know this. When everyone relies on you, at work and at home, then you know what I'm talking about.

The forest has been my place since early on

Here I didn't need to explain anything.

As a child I built caves there out of branches and leaves. When my horse was ill, the forest held me.

In spring 2024 a situation came that could not be influenced. Everything tipped. The forest was once again the place where everything was allowed to be said.

Shoes off, on barefoot, and for the first time in years I paid attention only to the ground under me. At some point, by the lake, the sentence came: I am coming back to myself.

Not a big moment. A beginning, and it began small.

Nature doesn't judge. Nature takes you as you are.

What came back

I lost my desire. And I brought it back.

In nature, not in one place. In the forest, in the smell of damp earth. In the Schwarzsee near Kitzbühel, one evening, cold and hot at the same time, the water all over my skin. Under the waterfall, where I shouted for joy. On the rock, completely still and full of strength inside.

And it stayed. Today, past fifty, I'm more alive than in all the years I spent racing my bike at the front of the pack.

What pressure does to a body, I studied and I lived. Since 2000 I have worked with people who carry a lot.

I found the way out, outside. And outside is where I take you.

What I do today

Today I go first. You walk with me as far as you want.

I bring people who only function back into the body, outside, through their senses. Back to where it gets warm again, where closeness lands and the desire wakes up that has been waiting under all the pressure.

Not through talking. Through what your body already knows before your head has a say. There is a form of its own for this: the Sense Constellation.

The Sense Constellation

You don't need to tell me anything or explain anything.

You have already explained a lot to yourself, and your head is good at it. Here it gets to watch while your body answers.

In the Sense Constellation you set something up, a sense, a part of you, the closeness you wish for, and you get in touch with it. You hear, you feel, you see, and I hold the space. Sometimes I stand in for something, so that you can face it.

Your head gets a break, because for once it has nothing to sort out. You leave with a calmer head, a body that joins the conversation again, and more desire for closeness again. With one person, the ears said: It is too loud. They need silence.

The Sense Constellation is new. So far I have led it in a group, and the people there were amazed themselves.

Live sessions and retreats with the Sense Constellation are in preparation. If you like, join the list. You'll get a message from me as soon as it's time.

Only for this message. No price, no date, nothing to decide yet.

What others experience

“Your radiance and euphoria were so contagious that I knew your workshop was my path. My intuition was right. The deep connection I was allowed to experience was indescribable. You and your workshop were for me another step on the way to coming to myself and coming into sensing, myself and the person across from me.”

Thomas, 54

How I work

I open the space and I go first. What happens in you, your body does itself.

You talk if you want to. Otherwise you simply sense, and that's enough.

Whoever has functioned for so long is not weak and not broken. They have carried a great deal for a very long time. That was necessary. And sensing does not make you softer, but clearer.

Nobody is finished here. Once I went along to Ecstatic Dance in a group, although yoga would have been the right thing that day. I noticed late and dropped out halfway.

Sensing is not a state you reach once. It is a practice, every day.

How it can go on

One step, if you like. And a short detour, if you first want to know where you stand.
