What changes in your evenings
Five minutes, at your time.
You tell the app when your evening starts, sometime between 6 and 11 p.m., and at exactly that time a short email from me arrives. So there is nothing to remember and nothing to clear your calendar for. You come home, your head is still in the last conversation, and in the evening there are a few minutes that belong only to you. If you miss an evening, nothing is lost, you listen to it whenever you like. When does your evening really begin?
Let it out first, then body, then closeness.
In the first week it gets loud, cold and barefoot. You make noise for a minute without words, you take a cold shower, you stand barefoot on the floor. That way, whatever has built up over the day comes out first, and only then, in the second week, the warmth comes, and in the third, the closeness. You start where you stand tonight, with a full head and a tight jaw. What would need to come out first tonight?
Your own numbers, on day 1 and day 21.
On day 1 you answer three questions with a number from one to ten: how quickly you switch off in the evening, how present you are in what you are doing, and how much desire you have for closeness. On day 21 you sit there again, type in the same three numbers, and next to them are the ones from the beginning. That way you see for yourself what has changed for you, and nobody talks you into anything. Which of the three numbers would be lowest tonight?
Is it worth it for me?
€97, one-time, incl. VAT. For that you get 21 daily pieces recorded outdoors, 21 evenings with my voice, and three times ten minutes in which I take you deeper. No subscription, and your access stays as long as Senses 21 exists. Will it work for someone like you? I made Senses 21 for people who have everything under control and still can't come down in the evening. I was like that myself. You read what changes for you in your own numbers.
Planned start: October 24. €97, one-time, incl. VAT. I'll get in touch as soon as it starts.
